Hua Hong NEC, one of the leading pure-play foundries in the world, is dedicated to the manufacture of IC, providing high quality products and value-added services to customers with its 0.35μm-0.13μm processes platforms. The Company built the first 8 inch foundry production line in Mainland China, built up feathered technology platforms and gained much experience in mass production. At present, the company manufactures 63 thousand 8-inch silicon wafers a month. Its second factory, located at Zhangjiang, Shanghai, has started up, and initiates the mass production in the second half year of 2007. Hua Hong NEC provides first-class, round-the-clock services, including design support, IP library, mask layout, wafer processing, functionality testing, reliability testing, and failure analysis. Collaborating with its partners, Hua Hong NEC also provides mask manufacturing, packaging and testing services.
