Samsung’s contract manufacturing facility is in operation offering down to 45 nm low-power process technologies at 300mm for high volume foundry services.

Samsung Semiconductor's operations include 12 advanced R&D and manufacturing centers, located in Giheung, Bucheon, Onyang and Chonan, in Korea; and in Austin, Texas, in the United States. The company's 15 sales offices are located throughout the United States, Mexico and Latin America.
