2006年初，北京中科院软件中心有限公司和由海外归国人员组成的创业团队共同在南京市高新技术产业开发区成立了南京百敖软件股份有限公司（“百敖软件”）。

百敖软件专注于计算机、嵌入式系统领域的BIOS技术的融合与发展。作为中国唯一一家的独立BIOS供应商，百敖软件掌握了BIOS的核心技术,通过自主创新，目前已获得多项具有自主知识产权的软件产品。

At the beginning of 2006, Byosoft Co., Ltd (Byosoft) was founded in Nanjing new and hi-tech industrial development zone by a team of pioneering returned overseas Chinese and the Software Engineering Center of Chinese Academy of Sciences.

Byosoft focuses on the integration and development of BIOS technology in computers and embedded system. As the only professional supplier for BIOS products and services in China, Byosoft has completely mastered the core technology of BIOS through independent innovation and has developed several software products with independent intellectual property rights.
