eMemory Technology Inc., founded in August of 2000, is a technology based company focused on the development of logic embedded non-volatile memory (NVM) such as OTP, MTP, and Flash. eMemory has published 186 patents. There are over 120 companies who have implemented our technologies and IP’s worldwide. Of over 350 products our customers designed, more than 70 have been production manufactured, with 120,000 wafers fabricated cumulatively as of 2006, in 95% worldwide foundries coverage. eMemory’s IP’s are available for 0.6um, 0.5um, 0.35um, 0.25um, 0.22um, 0.18um, 0.15um and 0.13um technology nodes in Logic, Mixed-Mode, High Voltage, RF, SiGe, and BCD processes.
