Company Description

CATS is the first vendor of CASE tools for embedded software development in Japan, which introduced our first product ZIPC in 1990 with its patented technology called EHSTM (Extended and Hierarchized State Transition Matrix).

Our mission is to provide designing and modeling tools that improve quality and productivity of embedded software. As we focus on concepts of model driven development and formal methods, various advanced tools which employ the concepts are released.

Moreover CATS is one of contributors of various major standardization activities, such as AUTOSAR, FlexRay, JasPar and Toppers. By using our tools, software design of customers becomes one well substantiated and conformable to such standards.
