WHAT
ARM has been included in the UK Top 100 Companies That Count index. Now in its third year, this Corporate Responsibility (CR) index has established itself as a public benchmark of performance in the complex corporate responsibility agenda. The index, judged by Business in the Community, demands openness and transparency in leadership, management and in the measurement of performance. Inclusion in the 2005 listing marks ARM's third successive entry into the Top 100.

WHY
The Corporate Responsibility index recognized ARM's outstanding commitment in the field of workplace management. To be recognized in the CR index an organization must demonstrate an understanding of environmental issues, as well as a significant level of senior management involvement in the implementation of CR policies, all of which is displayed by ARM.
