The ARM7™ processor family was at the heart of two of the seven winning products in the processor category of EDN magazine’s ‘Hot 100 Products of 2004’ awards.
The Hot 100 Products of 2004 listing encompasses a range of architectures and technologies from the hundreds which are announced each year.
In the processor category, Atmel’s Diopsis AT572D740 and Royal Philips Electronics’ LPC2130 32-bit microcontroller series, both based around the ® processor, were two of the just seven products selected by the judges.
The ARM7 processor family has become the processor of choice for the majority of the industry’s microcontroller and ASSP manufacturers, with many hundreds of products available.
