X-fest San Jose

Avnet and Xilinx will be co-hosting a number of free X-fest technical training events throughout North America, Europe, Asia and Japan. These technical days have been designed to offer training for FPGA, DSP and embedded systems designers. As a main sponsor of the X-fest events ARM will be demonstrating the ARM® Development Studio 5 (DS-5™) toolchain and the benefits of using the DS-5 toolchain to customers developing on Zynq™- 7000 based systems.

The X-fest experience will feature:

• Multiple learning tracks with topics on fundamentals, applications and Zynq™-7000 EPP
• 75 minute training coursed devoted to design solutions for FPGA circuitry and the surrounding components
• Specialised 7 series and Zynq™-7000 EPP solutions training
• Practical, real-world design examples with an emphasis on industrial networking and control, video processing, wireless communication, motor control and FPGA attach
• Partner demonstrations and exhibits that allow direct interaction with the experts
• A preview of exciting new products, advanced technologies and design tools.
