Desktop Techniques on your Mobile – Mali GPU

Abstract: An examination of how to get the most out of the ARM Mali GPU, covering key tips and tricks used to simulate desktop level techniques that we mastered in an in-house demo called 'Timbuktu'.  Attendees will walk away with an understanding of optimisations and techniques around OpenGL ES2.0 , details on a Vertex shader technique to simulate tessellation of terrain, and also post processing approximations of Bloom and Depth of Field.
