The 2010 Britain's Top Employers project offers incisive and compelling insights into what it is like to work for some of the smartest, most forward-thinking organizations in the country. Top Employers projects aim to highlight best HR practice. The participants were judged on their scores in the areas of Pay and Benefits, Training and Development, Career Development, Working Conditions, and Company Culture.

The Best Companies Accreditation acknowledges excellence in the workplace. The 'Michelin style' accreditation system recognizes organizations by 'Star Status'. In 2009 ARM gained one star, acknowledging ARM as being a First Class employer.

ARM Wins Europe's Top Business Award 2007
ARM has won the CMS European Business of the Year Award at the 2007 European Business Awards. ARM overcame competition from companies such as Commerzbank AG from Germany and Elcoteq SE from Finland to claim the award, widely regarded as the leading business accolade in Europe.
