ARM prefers to recruit candidates directly, rather than through a third party recruiter or agency. Do not submit or present your candidates through any means (email, fax, phone, mail, verbal referral or any other means), to ARM or any employee of ARM. ARM will only pay a fee for candidates submitted or presented after there is a signed recruiting agreement in place between ARM and the recruiter or agency; and the candidate is submitted for a specific requisition. In the case of candidate(s) submitted or presented to ARM by a recruiter or agency without a signed agreement in place or without a specific open requisition, ARM explicitly reserves the right to pursue and hire those candidate(s) without any financial obligation to the recruiter or agency.

Please be aware, we do not use agencies for Graduate and Placement Opportunities. If you have a signed agreement with ARM, please follow up with your ARM contact, who will provide you with the appropriate link to submit your candidates.
